Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and service charges

1. Overview

At MyCrediBro, we are committed to providing transparent and honest financial services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be applicable when using our services.

2. Free Service Model

MyCrediBro provides its consultation, product matching, and application assistance services completely free of charge to customers. We do not charge any consultation fees, service fees, or application processing fees.

Since our services are free, refund requests typically do not apply. However, the following sections address specific scenarios.

3. Application Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your financial product application at any time before the bank or NBFC has processed it. To cancel an application:

  • Contact our support team at support@mycredibro.com or call +91 78878 02772
  • Provide your application reference number and details
  • Our team will attempt to cancel the application with the bank or NBFC

Note: Once the bank has processed or approved your application, cancellation may not be possible through MyCrediBro. You would need to contact the bank directly for such requests.

4. Bank Processing Fees

Some banks and NBFCs may charge processing fees or other charges directly. These charges are levied by the bank, not by MyCrediBro. Any refund of such charges must be requested directly from the respective bank or NBFC as per their own refund policy.

MyCrediBro shall not be responsible for refunding any fees charged by the bank or financial institution.

5. Promotional Items

Regarding promotional items (such as free Apple AirPods offered upon credit card approval):

  • Promotional items are provided only after successful approval and activation of the financial product
  • If the financial product application is rejected, no promotional item will be provided
  • If a promotional item is defective, it will be replaced or a suitable alternative will be offered
  • Promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • The promotional item must be claimed within 30 days of card approval notification

6. Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to withdraw your application and have your personal data deleted from our records, you may submit a request to support@mycredibro.com. We will process your data deletion request within 30 business days, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.
